PRIMEDIA and FunMail Inc. to Create Online Storefront for Mobile Content

FunMail's SnapOn Technology Brings Content and Images from PRIMEDIA's International Automotive Publications to Mobile Phones

LOS ANGELES, CA (September 28, 2005) --PRIMEDIA Enterprises, the licensing and merchandising division of PRIMEDIA Inc., today announced it will create an online storefront for mobile content using FunMail's proprietary SnapOn technology. The venture enables PRIMEDIA's International Automotive brands to deliver wireless content from their market-leading Web sites directly to mobile phones.
The web content will be provided by PRIMEDIA's Super Street, Import Tuner, Sport Compact Car, Turbo, Eurotuner, and European Car. In addition to receiving online content, both subscribers and fans of these automotive enthusiast brands will be able to purchase wallpaper and ringtones inspired by International Automotive culture as portrayed through the pages of the magazines.
